The Opportunity 

Step into a high-impact role where you’ll shape enterprise partnerships and drive growth across Korea's Enterprise sector. As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll engage senior decision-makers, unlock new opportunities, and deliver strategic solutions that transform how leading institutions operate.   

About the Team 

You’ll be part of a Korea-based team that works closely together and has strong experience in navigating competitive markets. The team values collaboration, practical thinking, and finding solutions that genuinely meet client needs.   

Reporting to the Country Manager, you’ll operate with autonomy and accountability, backed by strong leadership that empowers decisive action and results.   

What You’ll Do   

  • Lead end-to-end execution of high-value enterprise opportunities, from strategy to successful close
  • Build and maintain a strong, high-quality pipeline with consistent progression and conversion
  • Take full accountability for revenue outcomes, including new business and expansion within existing accounts
  • Develop clear, strategic account plans for priority customers
  • Engage senior stakeholders and establish yourself as a trusted strategic advisor
  • Drive new logo acquisition while growing long-term customer value
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive strong customer outcomes and build long-term partnerships  

What You’ll Bring   

  • Strong track record of winning and growing enterprise accounts, particularly in the Enterprise industry.
  • Established relationships with senior stakeholders (CIO, CFO, business leaders)
  • Consistent overachievement against revenue targets
  • Expertise in solution-based selling of platforms or enterprise technology
  • Commercial acumen, ownership mindset, and drive to outperform
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
